Futuro Media is looking for a responsible Executive Assistant who is experienced at handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks. This position is to support and manage the very busy schedule of our president and CEO in a timely and professional manner.
The Executive Assistant serves as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the Office of the President. They will also serve as a liaison to the board of directors and senior management teams as well as organize and oversee special projects. Qualified candidates must be creative and enjoy working within a small, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-driven and community oriented. The ideal individual will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. Other main duties include scheduling meetings, making travel arrangements and organizing daily calendars.
To be successful in this role, you should be proactive, meet deadlines and communicate effectively between departments. Previous experience as an Executive Assistant and familiarity with office management technologies is preferred.
